Virgin appears to have already signed and sealed the deal with Easy Gym to hand over the Oxford Street gym to them. The Oxford Street gym will close for an indeterminate amount of time where it will be remodelled into a “value” gym i.e. no towels, no sauna, no steam room and then reopen under the Easy Gym lable.

The current offer that Virgin have on the table for members is very poor.

We are working with other gym providers in the area to see if they can better this offer for any Oxford Street members that wish to join as a group.

The more people join the forum and show interest the more leverage we have with both Virgin and other gym providers to get a better deal.
